Maggie Beaumier

Maggie Beaumier is proud to serve as a Board Member of LGCSF. She began her career in health care administration and patient advocacy at the height of the AIDS epidemic which claimed the lives of many dear friends, as it did for so many of us. She was also a tech entrepreneur at time when she was one of the only women and persons of color in the room pitching her business to panels of Silicon Valley venture capitalists. After over a decade of having to manage undue stress, she decided to scale back her career in favor of a better work/life balance. She now enjoys being a Marketing Director for an LGBTQ travel company and has rediscovered the joy of long-forsaken creative pursuits, including poetry, spoken word, and tending to her indoor "garden" of well over 50 plants thriving in just 500 square feet....
